About Home Base Concierge
A Columbus, Georgia team built to take the weight of relocation off military and civilian families.
Our Story
Home Base Concierge was born out of a simple understanding. Moving is hard. PCSing is harder. Military families do it over and over again, often with weeks of notice, across the country, while one parent is still deployed or in training. We built HBC to be the team on the ground that these families never had.
Based in Columbus, Georgia, right outside Fort Benning, we serve the families of the men and women who serve this country. And we serve them with the same standard of excellence they bring to their mission every day.
Home Base Concierge is a division of Dixionary Enterprise LLC, a Columbus-based company built on the belief that every family deserves to walk into a home that feels ready, safe, and welcoming, no matter how far they traveled to get there.
Our Mission
To make every military and civilian relocation seamless, stress-free, and supported from day one.
Our Vision
To become the most trusted relocation concierge service for military families across the southeastern United States.
Our Values
Service. Excellence. Integrity. Family. Four words we live by on every job.
Service
We serve the families of those who serve. That responsibility shapes every decision we make.
Excellence
Good enough is never the standard. Every home, every checklist, every detail gets our best.
Integrity
We do what we say, we document what we do, and we treat your home like it belongs to our own family.
Family
At the end of every move is a family that just wants to feel at home. That is who we work for.
